Before and after each class staff will be available to wipe down and clean all touched surfaces in the studio, lobby, and shared areas including floors with CDC approved cleaning supplies. Full facility cleans will be accomplished after every class, 7 days a week. Sanitizer will be available throughout the facility including the front entrance. We ask that all clients please sanitize their hands upon entering.

Staff and clients will have to complete a health screen and temperature checks before each shift and class and will be asked to wear a mask upon entering the facility. Masks must be worn at all times per NYS regulations. Brief water breaks will be allowed. In the last 14 days, if you have been sick, around anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19, or had recent travel to any of the states listed on the NYS website for quarantine please stay home and contact us with any questions.

Per NYS regulations, we are currently operating at 33% capacity. Distancing of 6 feet or more will be enforced within the studio. Markers have been placed through the facility. At this time due to the restrictions we will not be allowing walk-in students. All clients must reserve their spot online through our website or the MINDBODY app. We encourage you to sign up for text alerts for waitlist notifications and schedule changes. Our schedule is open for booking for the next 30 days. If you need to cancel a class, it must be done two hours prior to class start time to avoid penalty. Classes will not be refunded for late cancellations or no shows while under state restrictions.

Our studio doors will open in 15 minutes prior to class time. This is to ensure proper time for cleaning and health screens by our staff prior to their shift. Please do not enter the studio first, report to the desk for your health screen and temperature check. We encourage no cash transactions at this time and will happily store a credit card on your file for purchases if needed. Classes may be purchased on the MINDBODY app or through our website. We also ask that clients leave immediately after class and do not congregate in the lobby so our staff can properly sanitize the facility.

We will be making some adjustments to our current class options to facilitate a better experience. All class temperatures will be lowered 5-10 degrees. Some classes such as our Hot series may be slightly altered due to this new mandate. No hands on assists will be provided to maintain proper distance for the safety of our community. Details for each class are listed in the class description.

For the time being, locker rooms are not available to the public. Bathrooms are available for emergency use only. Our ladies locker area and bathrooms are now shared spaces. Our old men’s room will be for employees only. Please maintain appropriate social distancing throughout the entire facility. Please come ready and dressed for class.

During this time, we will not be renting mats, towels or have any studio props for use. Please bring your own equipment.

For now, please only come in with what you’ll need (mat, water, towel, block) and leave all other personal belongings in your vehicle.
