If you have been practicing for years, and want a class that focuses on simple postures and a slower pace - this is your class.
Level 1 is a foundational class that is simple, but not easy. It is designed to teach the practice of yoga from the ground up, AND be a class you can do for the rest of your life. There is more repetition and creative ways of introducing the body movements of the postures. It is challenging and fun to slow down.
